Attending Lisa's Thriving in Mid-life Symposium was eye-opening, informative and motivating. I found inspiration and practical ways to optimize my health and wellness now and set myself up for a long and vital "healthspan.” Whether you "don’t know what you don't know" or are looking to more deeply understand a certain topic, I'd recommend joining one of her sessions. Lisa provides a welcoming, engaging and intimate forum for women to tap into a number of experts on a range of topics such as hormone therapy, nutrition, or micro-dosing semaglutides. Actually, I've been to multiple sessions and I learn more each time —not surprisingly since the science constantly advancing. Thank you Lisa for being my guide on this journey! — Beth F.
