The BE WELL Team

LISA BRENT, ND, LAC

While many of us share similar health concerns, there is no single, cookie-cutter approach to optimal health that works for all. My specialty as a Naturopathic Doctor is creating a customized treatment plan, which combines state-of-the-art diagnostic resources with the most effective treatment options from naturopathic and Chinese medicine. As we work together, we will integrate your health on all levels: physical, emotional and spiritual. This comprehensive approach will allow us to see you as a whole person, not just a mixture of separate systems. We will look beyond symptoms of disease and expose the underlying causes that keep you from optimal well-being.

MONICA RALSTON, ND

My treatment approach blends modern, evidence based interventions with traditional naturopathic medicine. My clinical practice focuses on comprehensive women’s health, including PMS, preconception, fertility, postpartum care, and menopause. Other areas of interest include gastrointestinal health, mental health, and thyroid disorders.

I believe everyone’s path to “optimal health” is unique and important, whether it means overcoming a chronic illness or achieving a fitness goal.
